Juliana – Cover Reveal!
17 Aug“Exposing the Flesh – Book Three: Love and Ink Series” Release Blast
18 Mar*Warning: Intended for 18+ only. Contains graphic language and sex, as well as depictions of violence and sexual assault that may be disturbing to some readers.*
Niall Donovan is a talented photographer. When it comes to women, he can have his pick and has. But beneath the flirtatious, joking smiles he’s hiding long buried pain and traumatic memories. Memories that are breaking the surface once more. Memories that he’ll do anything to shut up. When suicide doesn’t work for him, he indulges in pills, drugs, and physical pain. They seem to help some, but they barely take the edge off.
London Black has been put through the wringer. Between a car accident that nearly killed her, months of physical therapy, and finding out the boyfriend she moved to Midtown for has been cheating all along, she’s done being the sweet wholesome girl everyone thinks she is. A one night stand with the sexy photographer she meets at a club is just the thing she needs to boost her ego. It does more than that when the explicit photos of them are the main exhibit at the local art gallery. Embarrassed, angry, and now without a prospective job, she confronts him on opening night. But when he offers her a generous deal with room and board in return for more photos, she accepts. Taking naked photos with him for a large sum of cash doesn’t seem like that horrible of an option, and besides they both intend to keep things completely professional.
When the shutter starts snapping, however, it’s hard for either to deny what’s developing between them. Neither are in a good place and prefer those desires stay hidden in the dark, but the camera doesn’t lie. Baring it all may expose more than their bodies. But exposing their hearts may be more than Niall or London bargained for.

Rehab Is For Witches – Available now!
2 NovIt’s here! It’s here! I’ve been waiting for so long for this to be released, you guys don’t even know….
But here it is, in all its shiny, new release-y glory!
I am so proud to be a part of this anthology. I was privileged to be able to work again with the incomparable Miranda Stork and Elle J. Rossi, and pleased to be working with Cynthia Valero, J.A. Howell, and Tyffani Clark Kemp for the first (and not the last *wink wink*) time.
The end result was something truly amazing. A great book with great characters, each of them with a story to tell. And my goodness, the stories they have to share. Witches, mayhem, drama, snark and creative spells, zombie whispering, some demon-type guy that’s REALLY attached to his pen, a cookie jar, and sly references to Shakespeare, Harry Potter, and Hanson. What more could you ask for? How about exploding man parts, hunky Scandinavian dudes, designer shoes, and an all-around good time? Well, we’ve got you covered.
Writing “A Trunk Full of Peril” was an incredible labor of love and feels. Circe and Hadrian mean so much to me, and I hope that if you pick up our book, they will give you as many feels as they gave me. Because they gave me a lot. Forcefully, I might add.
In short….here’s the blurb. Here’s the link. You know what to do. Allons-y!
Welcome to Little Raven: an unsullied, beautiful woodland hamlet in the heart of the Midwest.
The sort of place where furry creatures romp about and spend their days bursting into song.
Actually, that’s a giant pack of lies.
Little Raven is a town…for witches.
And some of those witches might have bent the rules. A teensy bit. When six magical miscreants dabble with black magic, they end up together at Incantations, the town’s rehab center for witches gone awry. It’s a slap on the wrist for naughty witches. Pretty much a daycare center so they don’t wander off and start turning people into newts on a whim. Each witch must work through her addiction to black magic, and follow the tenets designed to lead them back to the path of the straight and narrow, as boring as that sounds. Even if following the tenets sucks worse than a group round of kum-bay-ya. Which sucks. Horribly.
We will admit we are powerless over magic—that our lives have become unmanageable.
We will make a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of the Goddess as we understand Her.
We will make a searching and fearless moral and magical inventory of ourselves.
We will admit to the Goddess, to ourselves, and to another being the exact nature of our magical wrongs.
We will make a list of all persons or beings we have harmed, and become willing to make amends to them all.
We will make direct amends to such beings whenever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
We are entirely ready to bow before the Goddess and have Her remove all our defect of character, even at the risk of being entirely stripped of our magic.
But this is just the start. There’s something rotten in Little Raven, something that seeks to take all the magic it can, and devour the inhabitants in the process. It will take the strength and power of all the witches to defeat the darkness seeping into their town, beat it back, and be rid of it forever…and maybe just make it through rehab while they’re saving the world.
Tara S. Wood divides her time between creating domestic bliss and creating hot paranormal/fantasy romance with the occasional side of kink. When not playing June Cleaver for her hubby and daughter, she can be found at her part time job at the local library, surreptitiously scanning through the pages of books she’s supposed to be shelving. She spends a great deal of time scheming up new ideas and fangirling with friends over British television and film stars. Tara resides with her wonderful and tolerant family in the suburbs of Houston, Texas, and is currently at work on several projects, all of them epic. She can also be found lurking on the internet, or in fine establishments such as Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, and Goodreads.
Once More….With Feeling
23 OctAs I’m sure most of you are aware (since I’ve been touting it all over FB and Twitter for the past month), I’m part of a new anthology that’s being released on Halloween. *cough Rehab is for Witches – from the fabulous folks over at SideStreet Cookie Publishing cough* Well, the final draft of my novella for this compilation has left my hands and as most writers (you do it, you know you do) do, I’ve been looking it over again. Because I can. Because that’s what we do.
And mostly, because I can’t let these people go. I LOVED writing Circe and Hadrian and their painful trek towards happiness. So much that in order to purge myself of the lingering feels, this post will now be dominated by gifs that can adequately express my emotion. Enjoy. (And don’t forget – October 31st – Rehab is for Witches – SideStreet Cookie Publishing) *shameless author promotion completed* ON TO THE GIFSETS!
And when you get to the end…none of the above mattered, because…
Now in Audiobook format!
17 OctIt’s been pretty exciting here lately, what with the production of my first audiobook, and the upcoming release of a new anthology (stay tuned, kiddos). So, I thought I should at least take the time to let you know where you can grab a copy and listen to “The Shade” is all is shiny, audio glory!
Click on the hot man in the hoodie for purchasing instructions, or to listen to the audio sample!
I have to say that my narrator, Jack Nolan, did an AH-MAZING job. His rendition of Cillian, The Sandman, and The Crone were absolute perfection. I hope that if you listen, you enjoy it as well.
Happy Reading and/or Listening!
